the worst place to go!!!! I been there to do Botox after 1 months everything gone ! I call to tell them about that and they say ok the manager will call u back! I wait and no one call back! I call again and they told me the manager busy with other costumers she will call u when she can !! 2 weeks later no one call!!! They don’t really care about costumers specially with costumer that not happy with the result!! Don’t go thereeee!!!save your money and go to another place!!! ***just replying on what the store said** I did have an appointment but when I got the message I called and no one answer and I also replied cancel to the confirmation message because I was sick . I called after that to make an appointment or just to talk to the manager to get help with all this situation but I didn’t receive and this is why I did this review(after few days maybe a week)! Today(2/8) the manager called me back and try to help only after they got the bad reviews.

I am very fortunate to have been able to receive a facial from Elle today. Her service was impeccable! She explained each process every step of the way. Additionally, she was attentive to me throughput my treatment, ensuring I was comfortable. I will undoubtedly be a highly satisfied and returning customer.

I am very impressed with Amerejuve. Elle is such a kind and professional person! I love going to get different types of treatments at Amerejuve in the Galleria because I consistently receive great service. From her. The rest of the staff is also awesome, very customer service oriénteles.

My last two weeks experience was horrible. A trainee was instructed to attend to me. My hair have started growing back. Customer service experience was the worst I have experienced so far. I think all clients should be treated fairly irrespective of their race. Just my piece of advice.

I have been going to Amerejuve since 2017! I have gotten full body laser, cool sculpting and recently just did Skin Pen with Abbey at Galleria (who did an amazing job and made sure my first treatment was smooth and comfortable for me)! Every experience has been great and I always love taking advantage of their monthly deals on all their services. I appreciate their quick responses to my questions and ensuring my experience is nothing less than my expectations.
