I was able to complete all new patient paperwork online which made the check in process very efficient. My appointment started on time (hooray!) and Dr Pham assessed my two issues, asking clarifying questions, and provided a treatment plan with a follow up to monitor progress. I was completely comfortable and appreciated the professionalism and thoroughness of the visit

Very disappointed, it is not the first time that I have an issue with Clear dermatology and their front staff. Please look for another place to get treatment if you can. I scheduled an appointment online and made my full drive to the office Monday September 16 at 9:00 AM and I was informed by Magen that they were just about to call me to tell me that they could not see me. I asked why and was told that their online scheduling was not set up correctly because my appointments required a 30 minute visit. I took time off and made the full drive I made that appointment because I really needed to see the doctor. At first I was happy with Lacy and Dr Pham because they put me on a very good treatment. What I don’t appreciate is the lack of empathy from the front staff. If you have an online scheduling system to make it convenient for your patients but the staff tells you that is incorrect system then that defeats the purposes of your scheduling system. Please if you can, find another place that has a front staff that cares. I was just given an email to voice my complaint after I ask to speak to a supervisor.

Just want say how the staff and Dr. Pham took care of me when I was in their office and having a medical issues. They handled it professionally and some personnel didn’t leave me and took care of me until my wife picked me up. I really appreciate what they did to me that day. The front desk just JP out right away without any hesitation on putting on a safe place. Again me and my wife THANK YOU very much

Care is going down. Call and leave a message. No call back. Have to keep calling. Doctor out of town. But other doctors work at location. I was even told, if my doctor doesn't call back, someone else will prescribe something for me. No call back. So I wait a day or so,then someone takes the call. Have to repeat myself again. Just not organized. Then one person tells you, deductible met, will not have to pay. Then come to appointment The clerk tells me I have to pay. I said that's not what I was told. She said I was just going to collect to keep you from having a bill. No ma'am. I verified before I came . I wrote down person's name and what they said. Don't just make up rules. Then she told the next person, your deductible has been met. Will bill your insurance. SHADY! Then today going to try to charge me as self pay. Received new card. Left at home Told her I will call back with number. She said okay Kept calling me to desk. I verified information I asked if everything good. She said yes! Then calls me again, not good! Then I was told do not verify insurance. Want me to call insurance company. I am her to be seen and seems like to work as well. Then told me to have a seat. I said, I will stand here so I do not have to keep getting up. Unorganized. It didn't take me long. I'm not paying self pay when I have insurance. She is taking a phone call and asks person to hold so can verify insurance. HELP! ALOT OF CONFUSION AT FRONT DESK! I

I have been going to clear dermatology as a patient of Dr. Pham’s for years now. He has helped me achieve clearer skin as well as assisted me with hair loss/thinning treatments. I appreciate how he’s willing to research and try new things to help his patients. He also has great bedside manner and is someone who is personable and easy to talk to.
