Core Hydration and Wellness-Weight Loss

Great services but good luck getting a hold of anyone over the phone. Having trouble with my prescription being filled because you can only leave a voicemail and no one calls you back.

Purchased a groupon. Called numerous times to schedule an appointment and only reached a voicemail machine in which I left voicemails with my name, phone # and reason for calling. I also filled out the contact us form on their website with all my information to be contacted and never received a call from them. I contacted groupon explaining i was unable to get in contact with merchant and they reassured this location is in business and taking vouchers and if I'm unable to reach them by phone, to book an appointment online, which I did. August 7,2024 I scheduled the appointment online as told by groupon for today August 15th at 11:00am. I received an email confirmation of this online booking as well as a text message confirmation of this online scheduled appointment. Not only did I have to drive 40 minutes to this location but when i get to the location they have a sign up on their door stating they are virtual now and not in office. I decided to waste my time again and call the number not once but twice and by a miracle of God the second time i called someone picked up. I wish i wouldve gotten her name but unfortunately i didnt, when i explained i booked an appointment online and have called numerous times she called me liar indirectly by stating she received the call i made 5 minutes ago but she was on another call but she never received any of my other calls and shes the person that contacts the clients directly and the only appointments that are valid are the ones made over the phone with a human being from this business. Does not state that on their website, if that is the case then why is there an option to self book appointments online and received confirmation via email and text! And why is there an address on google if they are virtual? She told me she will place me on hold to find available dates and times and guess what happened? She disconnected the call. I contacted Groupon again to explain everything that happened and although i didnt get a refund I got groupon bucks. Good luck to anyone trying to so business with this location and I hope this doesnt happen to anyone else.

I had my first Botox treatment on my frown lines and forehead. I am very pleased with the outcome and very pleased with the excellent service I received at Core hydration and wellness. Ashley made me feel right at home, she was understanding, and she was very knowledgeable. So glad I tried this place. I will surely be back.

Ashley is phenomenal and her team was amazing. She was very thorough and explained my treatment plan in a way that I can understand. I will definitely be coming back there for another botox. Ashley, thank you for making my visit extraordinary!

I am not one to go to a doctor ever, especially for something like weight but I was at my wits end with endless "fad" diets over the past 2 years and I needed something to kick start me. I'm glad I contacted Core Hydration & Wellness. I went in for their B12 shots and weight loss program. I'm a month in and have lost 11 pounds. Tracey was so helpful and encouraging. One thing I realized going here is the diet program is more realistic than anything I've done in the past. Counting calories just seems to make sense for me. I feel the medication gave me the energy I needed to get more active too. With the weight coming off, I want to work out even more. This program is worth it and will help kick start you to a healthier life. I know the calorie intake is pretty critical for my future. Thank you for treating me and giving me a positive experience.
