I bought a Groupon for services with this company. I spent weeks trying to book a service, and left voicemails without a response. Their phone numbers are not always up to date. They did answer the phone once and said they would call me back, but they never did call back even after several business days passed. After 9 calls and 2 emails attempting to schedule an appointment, I gave up. I placed a complaint with Groupon who said they were closed due to a mold outbreak. At that point, I asked for a refund. It shouldn’t be that difficult to get ahold of a company. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because someone did finally call me back 4 weeks later after my initial call. She seemed nice, but at that point I found a better deal at a more reputable spa. I wouldn’t recommend.

In my personal experience, it was easy to make an appointment. She got me in the same day. I love my results. I will be using her in the future. I think you’re doing amazing. Thank you so much❤️

I visited Houston on Jan 10, 2024 made an appointment at this facility this was a referral from a colleague. I was very impressed and pleased with the professionalism of the staff and the young lady that performed my Botox did an amazing job. My other colleagues keep saying it's something about you that has changed. My face is simply flawless. I highly recommend this facility.
