Heights Dermatology & Aesthetic Center

I’ve been going here for about 5 years. They’ve gotten every diagnosis correct the first time, which in my healthcare experience is a rarity. I’ve had several different doctors over the years, and they’ve all been cordial and professional. I have, at times, been frustrated by the scheduling process, long waits in the lobby or patient rooms, no wifi, and having to manually fill out paperwork that could/should be completed online before the appointment.

Dermatology in The Heights continues to be efficient, friendly and caring. I have had appoi tments with Dr.s and PA's with both being excellent. Katie come highly recommended.

I attempted to see the doctor, again, however, within 2 weeks I received conflicting information as to whether or not the doctor is in network with my plan. The office appears to be disorganized and does not match the quality of services the doctor has provided me in the past.

This place is inefficient and overpriced. I have been a patient for far too long and this will be my last time to use this facility. Every time I come to this office I am made to wait for at minimum 30 minutes and most recently for over an hour (just to see a nurse practitioner for a follow up, mind you). I also always have fees that *magically* appear after each visit that I have often followed up with my insurance about and gotten dismissed because they are overcharging me for the lackluster service received. Do not waste your time (because trust me- you will wait & waste it) or money at this office.

The young lady I seen referred to me as old as least I am not still in dermatology school.... young... Dumb and uneducated as she I would refer to Google rather Than waste my morning over There made my whole day bad Please take my insurance info off your file I have already called my insurance people and told them not To pay anything more.. only 1 Consultation that is all you made me wait to long in a room just to tell Me you would not do anything until you check my insurance You had 3 months already to check Many people here not doing their job s wow bad place and they pushing cosmetics procedure s here wow disappointed ☹️😞
