I just had my facelift and neck lift with Dr Mentz and his staff. I did a lot of research online and decided to travel to Houston for my procedure after reading reviews, looking at pictures, his resume, etc. I travelled from San Antonio for the surgery and everything went smoothly. The initial consultation was fantastic. The staff is super friendly and knowledgable. They answer any question you may have. Dr. Mentz shows your face on a computer screen, asks a lot of questions with regard to what you are desiring, concerns, etc. and shows you a mock of what you should expect on a 3D screen which is very helpful. I felt very at ease with the doctor and his skilled team of professionals. I never felt pressured to have the procedure at any time. The surgery itself went flawless and I cannot say enough about the nurses at the surgical facility. Anytime I pressed the button for the nurse, she was there immediately; just fantastic service. The day I was discharged was Valentine’s Day and they gave me 6 roses to take home which was a sweet touch. They send a home health nurse a couple of days after your procedure and that is tremendously helpful. I feel very well taken care of!! She answered all our questions and I never felt rushed. There is a lot of medications you take so her thoroughness helped my caregiver a lot!!! I will send another review once the swelling is down and I am able to see the results. It’s pretty rough the first day but am already feeling much, much better 2 days post Op. Thanks a bunch to Dr. Mentz and his team!!!
