Houston Institute of Dermatology

This is my second visit with Dr. Berthelot & I'm just as pleased with her & her staff as I was the first visit. It took me years to find a dermatologist I felt comfortable with & even though we moved 2 hours away, I'll continue to see her.

I can honestly say without hesitation that this was the most positive experience I have ever had at a doctor’s office of any kind. I took my 16 year old son in today as a new patient. The front desk personnel were very welcoming and the office was exceptionally neat. We filled out our paperwork ahead of time and waited no more than 2 minutes before being called back. The nurse was easy to talk to and very friendly. After a few questions she left the room and briefed the doctor. A very short time later Dr. Cindy came in and evaluated my son. She spoke with him directly, which he appreciated, and then explained her treatment recommendations in detail. She seemed very knowledgeable and took his concerns into consideration. She even went out of her way to find a pharmacy that would be a more affordable option for his required medicine. This doctor and her staff made us feel not only welcomed but also extremely appreciated. They valued our time and concerns. I am so grateful to have found this office.

Dr Berthelot is absolutely wonderful. I felt like I had been a patient for years after my very first appointment; she truly made me feel that comfortable. Kayleigh and Catherine are fabulous as well, so friendly and helpful! I've had several dermatological and botox procedures done and I'm always thoroughly happy with my results. I would not hesitate to recommend them, I'm sure you'll be extremely satisfied as well.

I’ve been here twice for two different issues, and the doctor has not disappointed! Definitely recommend, staff is also always super sweet.

Dr. B has the most wonderful manner of any doctor I've ever met. Very calming and never rushed. As somebody with a real phobia about doctors, she is the only one I don't dread seeing. The staff has always been friendly and efficient.
