I had my first appointment with this dermatologist, and the experience was excellent. Taylor and Yessenia were professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Highly recommend this office for their exceptional care and service!

From the moment you walk in until you leave the office, the service is phenomenal. I decided to try them based on the reviews to get some skin tags removed. You can call or get an appointment online. I was able to get an appointment with Taylor Hicks PA. Prior to getting the procedure done an associate comes in to explain everything and what the insurance covers so there are no surprises later. A few minutes later Taylor and her assistant Ermal entered the room with a warm greeting. Taylor listened to my needs and then proceeded to remove the tags. She is friendly, has great bedside manner and a true professional. Ermal was equally friendly and professional. I highly recommend them. I found a new home for dermatology!

Dr. Papasakelariou was incredibly welcoming, approachable, and informative. Her staff was outstanding, and the office itself was both clean and stylish!

TDLR; patient of 4 years- horrible communication, disjointed prescription policies, and a lack of care for patients’ well-being. Find another doctor’s office for your care. It will save you time, frustration, and money in the long run. I have been a patient here since 2021, solely for spironolactone to manage my hormonal acne, a medication I have been on since 2016. For the past almost four years, I have happily attended my quick, once-a-year appointments to renew my prescription. Recent events have soured my experience, with the clinic staff, its disjointed policies, and its doctor, Catherine Papasakelariou. My last visit to the clinic was in November 2023. On Friday, September 20th, I called the clinic to request a one time, one-month refill on my medication since they did not issue me a full year like they have done in the past. The clinic manager refused to issue me a prescription refill because they needed bloodwork to monitor potassium levels. I was confused by this. I didn’t recall ever needing bloodwork before and they had not informed me of any new policies regarding this during my last visit. As confirmed by the manager, the last time they had ordered bloodwork for me was in 2021, so clearly not too much of a concern then… I offered to send them my bloodwork results from December 2023 from my primary care physician, which she stated would not suffice (who actually bothered to order bloodwork when 'needed', unlike this clinic). The manager said that they would not be able to issue me a one month roll over prescription until my new insurance starts (switched jobs). She said that she would speak with the doctor and call me back, she never did. I called again on Tuesday, September 24th. After spending almost 30 minutes on hold with a medical assistant, who stated that she ‘would absolutely call me back if we got disconnected’, I just gave up and accepted that I would have to suddenly go off a med I have taken for 8 years (prescribed to me for 4 years by this clinic) I never got a call back form the clinic manager I spoke with on Friday or the medical assistant I spoke to on Tuesday. Do not go here. They will abandon you without your medications, even if it has been less than a year since your last visit and you are an established patient.
