I was overdue for Botox and fillers! To finally get injectables was a huge decision. And I am glad that I came to Imotivate wellness and aesthetics med spa this is the perfect place for all of your aesthetic needs!! Dr.Mirra bedside manner is exceptional she explains everything clearly, gives you options, as well as educated explanations. Dr.Mirra truly cares about her patients, and checks up on you throughout the procedure. The location itself it’s super convenient in Memorial city upscale shopping center! Whether you’re trying to catch a happy hour with friends, or dine at the many restaurants.. This is an all inclusive medical spa where I felt welcomed! I will definitely be coming back to this med spa. Imotivate has a variety of services that I am referring my family and friends to. Thank you Dr.Mirra for making me feel welcomed, and comfortable throughout my entire procedure.

Dr. Mirra is absolutely amazing! I recently moved to Texas and have been nervous about going to a new place. I had some unexpected plans and needed to get filler ASAP. Dr. Mirra drive back to the office to meet me for a last minute, late night appointment. I wasn't happy with my last results from another place last year and she immediately noticed what I didn't like and completely fixed it. I have been getting filler in my lips for years and I have never been so happy with the results and shape as I am now. I will not be going anywhere else.

Considering this is a new establishment, the owner completely understands how important cleanliness and aesthetic is to the customer experience! The decorating is so inviting and so is Dr. Mirra! She was so friendly and such a wonderful person. Guys if you want quality customer service with the addition of a welcoming environment, go here! Following my initial consultation, I felt my needs were met and I was understood and guided in the right direction. I definitely will be back again!

I usually don’t do reviews but I must say that my experience with nurse practitioner Dr. Nicole Mirra was excellent! She played an integral part of my weight loss success. The entire process for me was great! As a busy guy, circumstances create challenges for me to see a healthcare provider in-person. That’s where Dr. Mirra came in. My telemedicine visit with Dr. Mirra was not only convenient, it was extremely seamless! Dr. Mirra was very knowledgeable and kind. She made me feel comfortable and addressed all my questions. She discussed different options for weight loss. I ultimately decided to choose semaglutide. I received the semaglutide injectable at my door with very easy to understand instructions. A month and a half later, i’m down almost 25lbs. Dr. Mirra is simply the best! She’s the real deal! I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to lose weight.

I received a chemical peel for acne scarring. Nicole was very professional. She made me feel extremely comfortable. I am looking forward to trying some of her other services!!
