I came here for a facial consultation after struggling with deep cystic acne. I was new to the area and experienced a lot of facial challenges. Sharon took the pictures and shared my results. Working with her my skin has transformed. She is incredibly knowledgeable on skin and what's best for different skin tones and textures (I am a dark brown girl). I stay with Mirror Mirror know that my skin is restored because there are other maintenance procedures that I enjoy including the glow facial. Their product pricing is also very fair and online with the pricing you see online. They only recommend products that they believe you need and nothing else unless you specifically ask for it. The front desk manager Alan is also incredibly amazing and makes sure you feel comfortable and treated like a VIP guest. I'm very happy with Mirror Mirror Beauty's facials, products, and beauty services.

I called this business to ask about the pricing of a procedure. The receptionist gave me a price, and I told him it was significantly higher than what I paid at another provider for the same procedure. He insisted I schedule a consultation, saying the provider could help with pricing. I took half of my Saturday to drive there, filled out 10 pages of health forms, and sat through the consultation—only to be given the exact same price as before. If there was no room for adjustment, why make me come in? Just a pushy sales tactic and a complete waste of time.

Jojo is an amazing aesthetician! I loved the ease of my appointment for the skin assessment. I received a chemical peel that was recommended for my acne. I immediately saw a difference days after. Will return again. The waiting office is very organized clean and relaxing. I love Mirror Mirror Boutique ❤️ They are the best beauty center in the city!
