Awful experience with pharmacy. Again. I've been seeing my doctor at Nigro for many years. Each time - contact with pharmacy is a rough challenge due to the pedestrian rudeness of the personnel. Today, pharmacy person, instead of calmly explaining how to transfer my prescription, finished her speech with 'this is how we do things in America!' Touche! Seriously? Congratulations and... welcome!

Pharmacy is the worst experience as they are not professional and try to support the clients. I was a first time client and bought medication through their pharmacy. I had to call because medication said it was delivered but it actually never arrived. I called more than 4 times and said they would try to help out but never did. One person who I spoke to said they wouldn’t resend the order or let me pick it up at the pharmacy because that would cost them money and it’s on me. So basically forget the client, it’s the pharmacy who matters.

I had my first visit today and overall it was an awesome visit. The offices are very modern & clean. The receptionist that checked me in was kind and efficient. I didn’t have to wait long to see Dr. Spedale. Dr. Spedale was very attentive... she listened to me and was very clear and detailed in what she wanted to do to fix my problem. She was very prepared and I felt good leaving the office. The in office pharmacy was also convenient and the staff was nice. Free parking in the parking garage.

They will prescribe the medicine only to their own medical(which in different location) and we can't make payment in the office. I was told that they will call after 2 days and we need to provide our credit info over call (in my case they didn't even pass the info to the medical .I didn't get call for a week. I did the followup ).There is no online payment. They are not even asking our nearest pharmacy and are hesitant to share authorization letters. I won't go again and not recommended this to any friends. They staff are not friendly as well.

Thank you so much Dr. Nigro! Brought my 1 year old son because he was having problems with his skin that his pediatrician could not seem to solve. Within a day of his treatment he was so much better! Extremely pleased with the results.
