Dr. Soparkar has worked with my son for over 3 years after being in a car wreck. Dr. Soparkar has amazing bedside manners. He is very patient with his patients throughout the process of surgery in order to do what's best for them. Dr. Soparkar is always available especially after surgery and the moments that you may need reassurance throughout the healing process. Dr. Soparkar's team is very caring and goes the extra mile in taking care of their patients to makes sure you understand all the details that go into each surgery. Dr. Soparkar also has many connections with other physicians that work together with him when other areas of expertise are needed for patients that have had trauma. We are blessed to be in the hands of Dr. Soparkar and his team. Thank you for being a rock to my son and having his best interest at heart.

I have known for the past 7-8 years that I eventually wanted an upper eye bleph and known the entire time whenever I decided to do it Dr. Soparker would be the one to do it based upon exceptional reviews I had heard from past clients as well as friends working in aesthetics. This is a scary surgery for sure because anything that can alter the way you look on your face is horrifying. I am so happy with my results and couldn’t speak highly enough about the entire process! Clear communication, professionalism, incredible results! The only thing I wish I had been better prepared for is the 7 days post surgery. I had never really asked what to expect and I wasn’t quite prepared for how scary I looked however I was warned, I just kind of blew it off. I am so happy I had this procedure and I recommend it to all of my friends and clients!

I had a wonderful experience at Plastic Eye Associates. Dr Soparkar, Rio and Andy were all caring, patient and extremely knowledgeable! I came to Dr Soparkar because I developed malar bags after having lower blepharoplasty done by a different surgeon. Since he specializes in eye surgeries I felt more comfortable having him perform correction surgery. He was honest from the beginning saying I can’t guarantee I can completely fix but I know I can improve. He improved significantly!! I’m very pleased!! Thank you to the whole office!!

I had a surgical procedure recently to correct an eyelid abnormality and have been very satisfied from my first visit to followup with Dr. Soparkar and staff. I understand now why my opthamologist told me there was no better to be treated. Thank you all!

Unfortunately, I cannot speak to the talent or ability of the doctors in this practice, and this not at all a review of them. I was never able to see them. Instead, this is my review of attempting to. I created an appointment approximately 6 months in advance. When I arrived for my appointment after waiting that amount of time, I waited for about 30 minutes for the office to open and then I was told the doctor was not in the office that day. The receptionist indicated they’d tried to reach me at least once via phone 3 months prior, but didn’t talk to me and they cancelled my appointment. Unfortunately I was never informed. They were able to reschedule me for about a month later. The receptionist was kind and accommodating for this, but it was still another month of waiting. When I arrived for the second time, I was asked to fill out their standard medical forms. Two of those forms indicated that they could use pieces of my medical record for purposes outside the practice, including my photographs for publication in various mediums. I did not consent to this, though I was of course fine for photography used as part of my medical chart. I was told the releases of information/photography/use must be signed or I would not be able to see any doctor. I asked if the portion regarding uses outside of my own medical assessment could be crossed out and was told “no.” I asked to see the doctor to discuss the form, and I was told that he was busy and would not be able to see me. I reminded them that I had an appointment, and they said the doctor was busy with surgery and was only seeing me between surgery anyway. I again asked if they could modify the form to not allow them to use my photographs in unrestricted ways, and they again said “no.” I was unable to discuss any of it with the doctor or any legal staff. I understand that this group can limit their patients however they see fit, it is unfortunate that: 1. I had such issues with the cancellation, 2. I was not allowed to discuss my objections with the form, and 3. Despite having an appointment, was told the doctor didn’t have time for me. I, of course, feel frustrated I ended up wasting a lot of time with no actual results. I hope others can use this information to make informed decisions.
