SCAM!!! Waited patiently while they kept telling me the "refund is being processed". No refund, no response. I would give zero stars if I could!! Also, don't believe the reviews for service. THEY HAVE BEEN CLOSED FOR TWO YEARS!!! if anyone knows a way I can get my money back, PLEASE SHARE!!!

Update. I’ve been waiting for my refund since October 2020. The refund of the treatment it’s no longer provided. I had remain money on Botox as well and I didn’t ask for the refund for it. I actually wanted to turn the refund that they haven’t given to me to something else but of lack of communication and everything I will never go back. They are rude and lie to you. They say it’s corporate who takes care of it so I guess the whole company is not loyal to the customers. I’ve been going to them for years. They say they will call me they will update me. Never I got a call never an email. Each time I reach out to them !!!! Today I called I wasn’t even in the system. The manager tells me the receptionist couldn’t get my name right but the receptionist asked and repeated my name over five times to make sure it’s correct and it was correct. So now it’s April 2021 The way they treat you. If you have any mental issues (anxiety or anything ) do not go to them they will not care for you and will stress you out ! After talking to them I just have a seizure that I have been trying to get rid since 2013 after being hostaged They do not CARE !!!! Please people be careful !!!

This place is a scam. It’s been almost a year and a half since they “temporarily closed” and I was told that they just needed to renew their lease at a different space. It’s really horrible how a business can just go out of business but lead their clients on for so long. You guys never return phone calls, do not respond online to post or messages, and don’t even think about leaving a negative review because they will mark you as spam. It’s so hard finding a trustworthy “med spa” these days when swindlers like SONA up and go out of business but leave long term clients who have spent a lot of money on packages in the dark. Also, I’ve left voicemails so do not be fooled by the posts responding saying to please call the location, they will do nothing.

I've left several messages and no one has responded. I prepaid for laser hair removal and still have sessions left. Will we be refunded? It would be nice if someone from Sona would reach out to Houston-Galleria clients.

Incredibly unprofessional business and extremely disorganized. I’ve been reaching out for NINE months since they’ve closed temporarily since I had pre paid for 6 laser hair removal sessions and only was able to receive 3, they STILL have yet to process my refund for the remaining sessions and as of recently they have completely stopped responding to my calls and voicemails. I’ve been incredibly patient and waited while they kept telling me that my refund should be processed soon. Horrible horrible experience with Sona.
