Weird experience here. I filled out all of my paperwork online beforehand (I have a picture to confirm) and I still arrived 5-8 minutes early to my appointment. There was only one person sitting in the waiting room waiting. They told me because I wasn't there 20 minutes early that they would not see me. On all of the correspondence leading up to the appointment there was NO mention of needing to be there early- especially not 20 minutes early during a work week when people are takin off PTO to be seen by a doctor. She said they could reschedule me that afternoon but working people do not get that kind of flexibility, and I had to return to work. Super disappointed and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT HERE. Horrible experience here.Took off time from work and showed up for my confirmed appointment through Zocdoc at 3:30. I wasn’t handed my paperwork till 3:50 after filling out my paperwork I waited another 25 minutes just to be told that Shianne Busch doesn’t like to see new patients after 3 and that I needed to reschedule. I canceled on the spot but their office went into the zocdoc system and said I missed the appointment. This not only doesn’t allow me to leave a review on Zocdoc but also may not allow me to use the site in the future. I’m sure this is a huge indicator on how she treats her actual patients so lucky me I guess.

Dr Mayriel Oliver is a great dermatologist. I was taken care of within 30 minutes of arrival. Great Doctor, great staff.

Shianne is very rude. If you do want to go here pick another doctor. She will yell at you for something that is her fault. They are slow at getting pre authorizations for your medication. I am not with Skin Cancer Specialists and the service is like night and day.

Very friendly office staff and provider. I was taken back 20 minutes after my arrival time and was seen immediately. Alexandria took the time to go over my reason for being there. Procedure was very quick and not painful at all. Alexandria gave me the instructions for aftercare and her medical assistant was super sweet and helpful. Very friendly staff!
