I am astonished at the level of care exhibited from Dr. Ho. I was referred for an illness. During the consultation with him, he confirmed a surgical procedure was required; his office scheduled it right then to take place 4 weeks later. My insurance decides they need a CT scan and another consult, postponing the surgery scheduled in 4 weeks. He now says surgery would not be helpful during this 2nd consult required by my insurance. Although he was assertive and pushed for the surgery to take place with no CT scan from the start, had my insurance not pushed for a scan, I would have undergone a procedure he deemed would be unhelpful and wouldn’t resolve my concerns. Aside from this, he showed lack of professionalism in the consultation room each time, by not allowing me to ask questions and instructing me to “hang tight, I will be back.” He never returned and his staff gets you to come check-out. He needs to understand some of us never undergo surgery and have a couple questions in order to help our nervousness.

Dr Ho and his staff are the best. I was about to get my procedure at one of these high volume sinus clinics when another Dr referred me to Dr Ho. I am so glad I took the advice and entrusted Dr Ho for my procedure. You will not go wrong trusting this Dr. Thank you Dr Ho.

Dr. Ho and his office staff were amazing. He reviewed my mother’s CT cd of her multiple orbital and cheek bone breaks and reassured us of her recovery with no surgery needed. I would refer him and his staff to family and friends!

Please don't go here these people are rude and VERY unprofessional. When they called me to confirm my appointment and told me my out of pocket expenses, when I inquired about why the phone was hung up in my face by Sarah. I called and spoke to a manger and just thought maybe Sarah was having a bad day. So now I'm here and getting a lot of attitude by some blonde girl who was doing alot of neck and eye rolling and just being ghetto. These people are so unprofessional and treat you like trash! They have a lot of attitude, slick comments, very condescending body language, not an ounce of kindness from anyone here. I have never been treated so unkind at a medical facility. If this is what you have at your front desk doctor Wee Kao must not be a very good doctor and I'm starting to second guess my decision to come here. Definitely don't recommend! If quality of service and how people treat you means anything to you don't do business here, they don't deserve your $15K, go elsewhere. I expected top tier service from a plastic surgeon facility and got a low class government funded package. Maybe they can send their employees to train at Chick-fil-A? Or you can just save your 15K by not spending it here and go to Chick-fil-A where you know they'll treat you better for only $10.

Great ambiance, friendly staff, incredibly knowledgeable physician. As a doctor myself, I have high expectations for clinic and they exceeded all my expectations. Would recommend this clinic without hesitation for any need or desire they can fulfill
