She is good , but if you like things to be explained to you , or you like to ask many questions maybe she is not the person . Maybe I just didn’t click with her , because all the reviews are very positive, but with me she was not necessarily detailed or perfectionist. It can also be that I am extremely picky. Again her work is super good don’t take me wrong .

I saw Victoria Keller for botox & it was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had at a doctor’s office! I asked her if I can see the description of the product box with expiration date, & instead of being accommodating she responded that if I don’t trust her, I can go somewhere else. She also said in order to see the box of the product, I have to purchase the entire vial & if I don’t like that she can cancel my appointment. It’s a more expensive product anyways & she made over a 1000 dollars while mistreating me. The entire appointment was very uncomfortable with her. She rushed the appointment like she couldn’t wait to get rid of me. She did not apply any numbing cream, did not provide any explanations at all & was very rough & inflicted the most horrible pain that I have ever experienced with botox. She saw that I am uncomfortable and can’t stop my tears but didn’t care to do anything & proceeded anyways. She either did not speak to me a word or just gave me a short passive aggressive response every time I talked & interrupted me several times when I tried to ask something. I ended up paying for the entire vial, not even knowing if she used it all or how much she used for each area. She won’t tell me & did not show me anything! She drew all the syringes behind my chair with her back turned towards me, completely the opposite of what I asked her I want. She missed injections in several spots as well. Had I not been on a scheduling time constraint, I would definitely get up & leave but I had already drove over an hour to this clinic & did not have any other choice & she took advantage of that. She doesn’t care about your business, & doesn’t mind mistreating you if she feels like it. Absolutely unprofessional & beyond rude.

Victoria is excellent at what she does. I have full trust and confidence in her ability and knowledge. As someone who is deathly afraid of needles, she does the Botox quickly and efficiently and listens to me and never overfills. I like the more natural look, and I trust her skill and it comes out beautifully every time.

I completely trust Victoria. She always recommends the best treatments for my concerns while taking my personal preferences into account. I love that she promotes a very natural and rejuvenated look both personally and to her patients!

Everyone here is warm, welcoming & professional. Beautiful office! Easy parking. I have been going to Victoria for some time now.I trust her completely. She is The Best! She is knowledgeable & talented. She will not do what you don’t need or what is not right for you- & will advise you accordingly. If you’re new to injectables, or if you’ve had them before, Victoria is your go-to person.
