All the doctors, NPs, and staff are very helpful. I never have any trouble scheduling, calling with general questions, or getting in to see someone (great for urgency). The office is clean and everyone is very kind and patient. I believe I first saw Dr Egesi and she sat with me and allowed me time to ask questions and voice concerns, she treated me quickly and provided the RIGHT solution to my problems. I didn’t have that experience in the past with other dermatologists. I’m so grateful for this office and their staff!

Recently had my first visit. Everyone was very welcoming. The office was neat and clean. Dr Egesi is amazing; she addressed my concerns updated my prescriptions to something new and 2 days in im already getting results!!

The doctor was very knowledgeable and helpful. Staff was professional and kept the office clean. The only complaint I have is the wait time but at the same time I can see that as a good thing. The doctor is thorough and doesn’t make the appointment rushed. Availability was also very great, I was able to be seen the very next day. I am already recommending my family to see her. I am very glad I did not have to travel far to see the dermatologist.

I would not normally leave a review like this but am hopeful Dr. Egesi and her husband will read this and make some improvements. First off, Dr. Egesi is an amazing doctor. She is so caring and someone you can trust to receive the correct diagnoses and treatment. My beef is with the inaccuracy of the billing and payment process and the way things are communicated at the desk. I sat in the room during my last visit and Dr. Egesi told me the procedure she recommended was subject to my deductible. She then told me how much she would charge for the procedure...what my out of pocket would be that day. I verbally agreed, had the procedure and then went to the front to pay. I was told it would be a higher amount than what the doctor had discussed with me. When I questioned it, the office staff responded with, "That's just an ESTIMATE." I told her I would not have agreed to the procedure had I not known the cost up front. She again gave me the same response, offering no apology for the miscommunication. I felt like this was a standard response she gives when patients question the cost. At this point, since I'd already had the procedure, I didn't feel like I had a leg to stand on and I paid it. When I left, I knew this would be my last visit. Fast forward to the insurance claim. Turns out my insurance paid 100% of the cost (except the $40 office visit copay). So, I ended up paying for a procedure I didn't even need to pay for, and now I am told I have to wait another 5-7 days for the office manager to review my account and process a refund. I am beyond pissed. Any other doctor I see runs my insurance, tells me EXACTLY how much I will pay, and I'm not out the money until it's convenient to process the refund. I basically gave this practice an interest free loan. No thank you.

I recently had a frustrating experience with this office. An appointment was scheduled under my account without my knowledge. When I tried to book an appointment, I was informed of a no-show fee and given the office manager’s number to discuss it further. However, my calls went unanswered. On the day of my actual appointment, the front desk staff insisted I pay the $50 no-show fee, despite my explanation that I never scheduled the appointment. I even asked them to check my appointment history for verification. I told them I had been trying to resolve this issue for two months, but the office manager admitted he avoided my calls because he “pays a lot of people to make sure this doesn’t happen.” To make matters worse, I was informed at the time of payment that service prices had increased by 57% without any prior notice. Overall, the lack of communication and accountability, along with the sudden price hike, made for a disappointing experience.
