Dr. Stacy Beaty’s waiting room was quick and I was helped right away (the reason for the 2 stars). The consult was also super fast. I thought that my medication was going to be sent right away. I waited 4 days for it to be sent till I finally had to show up in person to pick up my prescription. Here’s the crazy part. They sent in another different medication to a different pharmacy not even prescribed by my doctor! The office staff or whoever sends in the prescriptions has to be more organized! My insurance is getting billed for no reason because someone isn’t doing their job right! I called and tried to resolve and of course they didn’t answer or call me back. I’m going to talk to my insurance about then sending in the wrong medication for the wrong person because it seems like some malpractice is happening. Definitely not coming back.
Did an appointment online, and when making the appointment they asked me what insurance I had and selected my insurance company. On the day of my appointment I got the Dr. Office and to my surprise they said they don’t accept my insurance, but I could opt to the an out of pocket. I asked them why they didn’t called me before as I would have not come... little disappointed with the service as they could have had done a better job getting in touch with me since they had all my contact information. Later on the lady seem my disappointment she said they called me, but I never received any call/voicemail from them. It seemed a little sketchy and not sure if this might be some sorte of way to try to persuade me to use my out of pocket.
Had the skin pen done by Mary the only cosmetic lady there. She gave me a pamphlet and told me to Google it . Here's the affects after paying 350 . Got cold sores all over my face. Wasn't told at all this was an effect to happen. Managers said oh it was on ur consent form. Ok so u give me the consent form the day of my procedure? I had to get cold sore medicine from another dermatologist. And btw after my procedure all she gave me was samples of sunscreen and that was it!!! Don't spend 350 here on Mary whatever her last name is. And u are to pay 40 bucks on numbing cream that u have to put on urself! My next procedure will be at skin M.D. they taking care of me which is worth my 350.
Awful office staff that will create non existent problems to persuade you to pay out of pocket. After they said they don’t have time to verify my insurance, they insisted that I should pay out of pocket, and when I asked how much it would be(first time visit consultation), they said they don’t know, it depends.. I got out very disappointed for wasting my time.
Dr. Wuu is phenomenal! Love her knowledge of skin and how to treat it the most non-invasive way. From the moment I walked in from the front desk to the assistant it was pure professionalism. No long waits and clean office space. If you have a skin concern. Northeast Tarrant Dermatology is the place to come. Thank you all for such a great welcoming experience!
