I was introduced to The New You through a friend who recommended working with Dr. Jessica. After a brief phone conversation, I decided to set up my first visit, and from then on, it has been nothing but a pleasant experience. During my initial visit, I got my blood work done, which revealed several issues I had overlooked. Fortunately, the clinic had solutions for every concern. Now, three months later, I feel so much better, my energy levels are high, I work consistently, and I’ve adopted much healthier eating habits. I truly feel like I’m becoming a new version of myself. Throughout this journey, I’ve had full support from the team, and I continue to receive it. The staff is incredibly responsive, especially Dr. Jessica. Anytime I have a question or concern, I usually get an answer within an hour, sometimes even within minutes. Well, the numbers don't lie... I found Dr. Stangenwald through my wife's friend. My wife noticed that he had lost a lot of weight and was curious about how he did it. He told her that Jessica was helping him. So, I decided to come in, get a blood test, and follow up with a consultation with Jessica. Jessica was great—she answered all my questions thoroughly. The problem was, I was in bad shape. I had high blood pressure for a long time and was taking three medications for it. I had just started developing prediabetes and was prescribed Metformin. I also had acid reflux (taking medication for that) and fatty liver disease. On top of all that, I had sleep apnea. I weighed 276 lbs. When talking to Jessica, I’ll admit this all sounded a little like hocus pocus to me. But I figured I’d give it a try for three months, and if it didn’t work, I’d go see a “doctor” about my fatty liver—probably ending up with even more medications. Over the next three to four months, I followed a strict diet and fasting regimen. My blood pressure dropped so much that I had to wean off my medications completely—going from three pills to none. I had to cut my Metformin dosage significantly because my fasting glucose dropped to 82. My sleep apnea disappeared within three to four weeks, and my acid reflux was gone as well—no more meds for that either. My weight went from 276 lbs to 235 lbs. I still have about 40–50 more pounds to go, but the progress is incredible. My face and back cleared up from acne, my red spots disappeared, and I look younger (I’m 48). I’m honestly shocked at how much my health has improved in just three to four months after battling these issues for years. See the attached blood work for proof.

Jessica has helped me tremendously when other Dr's could not. She found all my issues and is helping me with natural remedies, no pharmaceutical meds.
