Dr. Carr is a very personable, very detail oriented dermatologist. This is exactly what you want when getting your skin checked out! I've been coming here for years, and I've always been impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of the Irving office. You always leave with clear instructions, too. They book appointment up to two months in advance.

I registered online so when I showed up for my 9:45 appt. the receptionist thanked me for doing that and said to be seated and someone would come get me. I waited maybe 5 minutes and got called back. I waited another 5 minutes for Dr. Grimshaw to come in the exam room. She is so personable and explains everything so well. The whole appt was probably 25 minutes from the time I walked in to the time I left. It was great.

I had the most amazing customer service and patient bedside manner.The doctor was super knowledgeable and the nurse was very kind and did not have asked.I'll ask for a better experience. I did not feel rushed.I felt very taken care of. I would highly recommend mcdallas associated dermatologist to anyone that I know!
