The nurse that attended me was great. Very personable. The doctor explained everything so I understood what he was going to do. The receptionist was very friendly.

Dr Cason was attentive to current problems. I have never been offered a full body exam & I think it's important to catch things early.

First visit. Easy check-in and quick service. Doc took care of a couple of skin issues and calmed many of my worries.

Although the PAs, I have been seen by the last 10 years were, I believe, thorough in my evaluation and treatment, I have not actually been seen by an MD in 10 years. Only once did I see an MD, who they scheduled me with to do actual surgery..a basal skin cancer resection. On my last visit only a few minor squamous cells and a blackhead was treated. My insurance was billed an exorbitant amount for minor and I was left to pay the $200 deductible. (I noted that these minor procedures were coded as surgeries, so I called to discuss the matter with a few of their office personnel. They would not correct the coding and said they already submitted to my insurance companies, so I would not get any resolution. If I knew they would charge 400 to extract a blackhead, I would not let them do it. Freezing 2 minor spots was about 750. I'm no longer going to them since I think their practices are very questionable. I will now be seen by an MD.
