Ripping and running from one obligation to the next had me feeling run down! I decided to get an energy and metabolism booster IV. The nurse and the student who were there were fantastic. Upon leaving, I didn’t feel any different. BUT about ten minutes into my drive back to work, I swear on everything I love my eyesight cleared up. I started feeling amazing. I was shocked. It actually works! 10/10 would recommend.

I had so many questions and really was not sure what I needed. Everyone was so kind, patient and thorough, especially Freddie making sure that I had all of the information needed to make the best decisions for what would be best for me. I had such an amazing experience here! Firstly, Madison at the front desk is kind, welcoming and such a great help. I got lip injections from Octavia, and I’ve had mine done for the last 9 years. I will say that she is hands down the best injector around. I will be coming here as a repeat customer for sure 🎉

Unfortunately my visit was not as hoped. I purchased an IV infusion on Groupon. I arrived 5 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment (which I confirmed twice via text message) and completed the required paperwork prior. Upon arrival I waited to be escorted to the IV treatment room where I waited for 30 minutes and was told I would be given a blanket (the room was very cold). When I used the restroom while I waited there was no soap. I tried to speak to the staff to inform them that my appointment was 30 minutes behind and that there was no soap I was told to wait back in the room. I had to rerequest for soap to wash my hands. 45 minutes after my appointment the nurse stuck me twice but, had to use a vein in my hand to administer the IV. With the drip being in my hand it was adminstered slower than normal. After being in the office 1 hour and 45 minutes the drip was not close to halfway done. Due to not being very pleased with the overall experience and the amount of time lapsed I requested to leave without completing the service. I never received the blanket offered and the nurse mentioned how cold my hands were when she removed the needle. The owner did speak and introduce himself and the facility had comfy chairs. I am thankful I did not pay full price for the IV.

I had the best experience getting Botox with April! She has such a gentle and steady hand – I barely felt a thing! April is incredibly kind, patient, and so helpful in explaining everything. She made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. If you’re thinking about Botox, I can’t recommend April enough!
