My PCP Doctor - Katy

The doctor scheduled an appointment with me at 2 PM and never Answered the phone. He is over 45 minutes late for our virtual appointment. Not to mention I paid upfront before the appointment began because the receptionist said that was what was standard. This office is completely unprofessional because now they’re not answering their phone and they don’t have an email for me to reply to. I would like a refund for the services because this is completely ridiculous. Update: they called an hour and a half later than my appointment was scheduled. However, I had another appointment at 3 o’clock. Then he left a voicemail, not apologizing for the fact that he was over an hour and a half late for my appointment but demanding that I join the video call as if he wasn’t an hour and a half late. If I could give zero stars, I would. DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR SERVICES. And they are still not answering the phone as I am calling again.

I got my laser treatment done here and I am very pleased with the results. The staff is also very professional especially Fariba, she is very knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend this spa and will continue to use them for future needs.

If I could give a zero star…..booked appointment online. Received multiple confirmations via email along with texts. It is Friday at 9am - see business hours in picture. Showed up and doors locked and no one in sight. Very unprofessional. I paid upfront also…..will see if they call me back after my message I sent online (because you can’t leave a message via phone since it just rings forever).

If you are looking for a doctor who truly cares about you and your health, I strongly recommend Dr. Mansour and his team. They have helped me and my partner countlessly. They go above and beyond to meet your expectations. He is also very professional and will talk to you in a friendly way almost like you are a family member to him. Although we live all the way to Cypress, we do not mind the drive because he is the ONLY DOCTOR you can find that is very positive and who is happy to work on the weekends. Thank you all soooo much!

Dr. Mansour is an excellent professional, caring and courteous. Despise he is young I find his practice being like the old school. He cares about the patients.
