I’m glad I’ve decided to get Botox with Tessa at Shining Way. She fully understood my personal concerns and what I’d like to see better. I felt respected in my decisions and heard. And I simply loved the results! I’ll definitely come back ☺️

This is Sai. I have an appointment today with yadira. And they did not even call me about canceling the appointment. When reached that lady was ver very rude. They locked the door and it was raining nobody was there to open the door. Finally she came and opened the and she asked me what is it? Who asks a question like that? She is very very rude. The way she talked to me so.careless. I will never go to.shining way . Yadira is the most mannerless person I have ever seen in my life.

Had a great facial by Yadira today. My skin feels very good, healthy and I felt relaxed. Very kind and sweet!
