My first round of Dr. Valentin's weight loss program lasted 15 weeks and included weekly semaglutide + B12 injections, nutritional guidance, fitness recommendations, and weekly weigh-ins. I looked forward to my visits because the entire team was so encouraging and gave me extra pointers along the way. So far I have lost 56lbs in 4 months, the greatest weight loss success I've ever had. Will be continuing and would encourage ANYONE to give it a try for at least one "round".
