Dr Estrada was fantastic, very kind, caring, patient and thoughtful. I had a lot of nerves because it was my first time at a dermatologist and Dr Estrada and his team were terrific in every way. I’ll be recommending others to Dr Estrada and will be going regularly to take care of my skin health. I can not think of anything they could have done better. Terrific experience all around.

I am always impressed that I get called back to a room within 5 minutes of my appointment time. Dr. Estrada is very thorough in explaining diagnosis, procedures, and treatment. He answers questions thoughtfully and makes each experience less daunting. His whole staff present themselves as courteous and professional.

I came in for a preventative procedure at this office. Unfortunately, I never received a good faith estimate prior to my procedure. The procedure was described to me one way and billed a completely different way. I was stuck with a very significant bill. When brought to the attention of US Derm and the Kyle office manager, this was not a concern for them. No resolution was offered. I would avoid this office at all costs. Don’t waste your time and money here.

Dr. Estrada's office was an absolute oasis of rejuvenation! After a frustrating experience at another dermatologist, I felt disheartened and uneasy. But then, through diligent research, I discovered this gem and eagerly scheduled an appointment. From the very moment I crossed the threshold, I was embraced by the warm, inviting atmosphere created by the front desk staff; it felt like coming home. During my examination, Dr. Estrada took the time to meticulously examine every inch of my skin, but what truly touched my heart was his genuine willingness to listen—he took all my concerns to heart. Visit was quick and to the point. He was able easily diagnose my problem and addressed concerns and questions. Very professional and polite. Highly recommend!
