She went above and beyond, calling me back so quickly I barely had time to sit down. Her kindness and professionalism were truly remarkable. Dr. Richards was equally wonderful—her delightful banter and quick wit put me completely at ease and even made me laugh. Whitney, another medical assistant, complemented Dr. Richards’ vibe perfectly, creating an atmosphere that felt more like a vacation than a medical appointment. I highly recommend Taylor, Whitney and Dr. Richards for an absolutely exceptional experience.

I really appreciate Dr. Richards. I like to feel like I'm in a partnership with my health care providers. She treats me that way. I also appreciate that even though she is very knowledgeable and competent, she doesn't act like she knows everything. I had an odd thing with a toenail and she gave me an Rx, but said that in the unlikely chance that didn't clear it up, she would refer me to someone else.
