My experience as a first-time patient was a positive one. The staff is courteous, friendly, and efficient. I had a very early appointment, so the waiting time was about 20 minutes. Dr. Obasi is amazing. Not only is she professional; she is also kind and friendly. She was thorough in her examination and in the explanation of her findings.

I've been a patient, as well as my kids, for years now and I always look forward to my appointments. Dr. Obasi is the absolute best. There is no reason for anyone to travel out of town when we have the BEST Dermatologist right here in Laredo.

While I appreciate the friendly staff and the services offered, I’ve experienced significant delays on both occasions. Despite arriving on time and paying in advance as required, I was not seen until 45 minutes or more after my scheduled appointment. I understand that processes can sometimes take longer, but this seems to be a recurring issue. It may be worth considering scheduling fewer appointments or implementing better time management practices to ensure timely service for all clients. Additionally, I noticed there is a $50 fee for no-shows or late cancellations. However, it feels unfair that clients are required to pay upfront even when there are extensive delays. A more balanced policy that accounts for both parties’ time would enhance the overall customer experience. Again, staff is great, the facility is clean and nice but— I would not recommend this place if you have work, classes, or just a schedule to adhere to.

Our son was a first time patient and he was treated very well. The doctor took the time to explain everything and this put us to ease. We're very grateful that we didn't have to go out of town to receive quality care.

The only downside is the wait time. I go in for follow ups and I try to get the earliest appointment and still end up leaving 1 hour later. I used to go in the afternoons and I could spend up to 2 hours there. Other than the wait, everything is excellent. Staff is friendly and Dr. is kind and effective with treatment recommendations. My skin has never looked better!!
