Clear Lake Dermatology - League City

I have been less than impressed with the organization and communication of this company. My first bad experience was when I called to discuss lab results and had to call back 3 times with in a week because no one would call me back. I was finally scheduled for a medical procedure which was booked for the end of December (an appointment that was booked weeks before the actual surgery). TWO HOURS before my schedule surgery, the office called to let me know they had scheduled me with the wrong surgeon and had to cancel my surgery and move it to January. This change not only cost me time off work but also an additional $400 because of my deductible having reset at the start of the new year. Surgery went great so that was a positive review. However, about a month after the procedure, I am now having issues with the incision. I reached out to the office and they asked me to send photos which I sent immediately. TWO DAYS and TWO follow up phone calls later, I have yet to hear back from anyone at the office. In general, this has been a very poor experience and I will not be using this practice for any future dermatology needs.

I absolutely love Brittany and have been coming to see her for 11 years now. I wouldn't trust just anyone with my face. She is the best.

My doctor (her name escapes me right now) is easily my favorite and best dermatologist I have ever seen. As a long time acne sufferer, I have been to many doctors. I always received the usual basis prescriptions that worked for a month or so. Tonight my visit to Clear Lake Dermatology was incredibly informative. I can tell that she is extremely knowledgeable about her profession. She was also very welcoming and kind. I look forward to my visit again in 6 months.

Friendly staff and we absolutely enjoyed our visit with Lauren Howe, PA-C. She treated my Husband and as if we were friends she hadn't seen in a while and completely made us comfortable. I highly recommend a visit for anyone because they might be catching pre-cancerous areas. We're glad we went in!
