I do not recommend this business. I visited Caitlin Schrader at Leo Aesthetics for neurotoxin treatment and the experience was both unprofessional and distressing. I’ve been using neurotoxins for over nine years and, as a licensed aesthetician, I have a solid understanding of the procedure. The treatment room was quite small, located in the back of a hair salon, and it didn’t seem equipped with the level of professionalism or security I’ve experienced elsewhere, which is when I should have walked away. I asked for a modest amount of neurotoxin with a focus on lifting my brows. The treatment cost more than what I pay at a plastic surgeon’s office or with my regular injector, who is a licensed physician, but I wanted to give Caitlin a chance. About a week after the treatment, I realized something was off. My brows hadn’t lifted as intended; instead, they had dropped slightly. I reached out to Caitlin to inform her, she asked me to come in, but I suggested waiting until our planned two-week follow-up to reassess, which is standard practice. However, when I arrived for my follow-up appointment, Caitlin had forgotten about it. After I contacted her, she asked me to wait, saying she would arrive in 20 minutes. She eventually arrived more than an hour late to the appointment, looking flustered and unprepared. She admitted to having a rough week and seemed distracted throughout our conversation. We tried to review the results, but her client app and internet were not working properly, so we couldn’t compare before-and-after photos. When I expressed my concerns about the lack of lift and pointed out that my brows had actually dropped, Caitlin became defensive and argued that nothing was wrong. She insisted I didn’t understand how neurotoxins worked, even though I’ve been receiving these treatments for years and have a background in aesthetics. Her dismissive attitude, combined with the unprofessional setting, made me very uncomfortable. As I decided to leave without pursuing any corrections, Caitlin became visibly upset. I tried to exit the room, but the heavy barn-style door was difficult to open and came off its track when I attempted to slide it. I wasn’t strong enough to put it back in place. Caitlin accused me of breaking the door and threatened to call the police unless I paid for repairs. I tried to explain that it simply came off the track, and that I didn’t cause any damage, but she wouldn’t listen - see photos below. As I was leaving, I was confronted by one of the hairdressers who aggressively threatened to sue me and call the police, despite not having witnessed the incident and accused me of throwing the door. Feeling cornered and threatened, I just wanted to leave, but they insisted I stay until the police arrived. The salon owner initially reassured me that things would be fine, and I left my contact details with him. Despite this the police were called, and Caitlin left the premises, leaving me to deal with this by myself, waiting inside for their arrival. Four police cars arrived. One of the officers easily placed the door back on the track, showing that no damage had occurred. After listening to my account, the police reassured me that everything was fine and that I was free to leave, with Caitlin still absent. This incident took place four days ago, and I have yet to receive any apology or follow-up from Caitlin or Leo Aesthetics or Urban Gypsy Salon where the room is located. The entire experience was unprofessional, unsettling, and ultimately left me regretting my decision to support her business. I strongly advise others to thoroughly research their provider before undergoing any aesthetic treatments. I should have known better. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Caitlin Schrader or Leo Aesthetics. Update: I called Leander Police Department and there is no case number or incident report as stated by Caitlin Schrader in her response.

My lips are amazing!!! I don’t know what magic she did but I had no pain or bruising at all from the time I left to days later! No lil balls anywhere to be found, just absolute kissable perfection! This last visit has been a 15/10 easy!!! I’m so thankful for having Cat in my life to help me look and feel my best! I ran to leave this review! This woman is magical!

Cat, you are the best of the best ! I trust you 100 percent ! You always have my best interest at heart and the bonus is you keep me looking young. I’ve known you since the beginning of your journey and I love how you always take classes to stay up on your technique! I’m proud to call you my very own fountain of youth! I would shout it to the world how amazing you are but I guess this review with have to do for now. Keep up your amazing work!

Pam is my hero! I adore working with her and my results. Clean✅ Professional ✅ Painless ✅ No complaints!……except not having more time to laugh with her during our appointments 😇. I always know I’m in good hands with Pam and can’t sing her praises enough! And I definitely couldn’t survive a stressful week without my b12 shot!

Cat is amazing i have been going to her for 3 years. she is so knowledgeable about what she does. i love she is always keeping up with new things happening in the beauty industry. i use to live in killeen and moved 5 hours away i could go to the Dallas area but i choose to see her and take a day trip. i don't trust anyone else with my face. she is honest with me and answers all my questions. ❤️❤️❤️
