I had a great experience here with Dr. Gust and his team for a skin check/screening. Everyone was very professional, while still being super warm and friendly. Dr. Gust didn’t rush, took his time to explain things, shared tips/helpful info, and provided multiple opportunities to ask any questions I had (which I didn’t have because he was very thorough)! Highly recommend this team.

During our first visit we were met with a friendly front desk member of the staff. The wait time was timely to our appointment. While waiting to be seen, another scheduled patient had wonderful comments of Doctor Gust who happened to be our doctor. Upon meeting the doctor we were thankful as he met our expectations. Very pleasant, knowledgeable and informative.

Dr. Gust is efficient, knowledgeable, sincerely interested, kind and personable. He doesn’t waste any time, mine or his. He answers questions in an understandable manner, not condescending. He makes a return visit something I look forward to.

I recently visited Doctor Gus' clinic, and I must say that he is amazing. However, I had a disappointing experience with Dominique, the receptionist. She did not provide me with her last name and was unhelpful in addressing my concerns. I texted the clinic three times throughout the day before coming in, but my messages were ignored, especially by Dominique. When I arrived, she mentioned the system was down, but the way she communicated was unprofessional and dismissive. It’s frustrating, especially considering my mom has been without her medication for three days, and she has an appointment scheduled for the 20th. As a patient, I expect better communication and empathy, and I felt that Dominique failed to show either. The staff’s primary role should be to assist and support patients, not add to their stress. I hope the clinic can improve in this area, as I truly appreciate the care Doctor Gus provides.

Dr Gust is one if the nicest doctors. He gives you the time you need and is there to take the time and answer all your questions and throughly explains what you need to do to care for your skin and the services you receive. Everyone is very pleasant from the time you are greeted at the frint desk to the nurse and doctor. Very pleasant experience everytime I have been there.
