I had an amazing experience at United Dermatology! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. Tram truly goes above and beyond to provide excellent care, taking the time to listen to concerns and explain treatment options thoroughly. The office is clean, well-organized, and runs efficiently—minimal wait time, which is always a plus! I felt completely comfortable and confident in the care I received. Whether it’s routine skin checks, treatment for a specific condition, or cosmetic dermatology, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Dr. A at the Mansfield office is very capable, caring and personable. He’s done 2 MOHS procedures on my mother and she’s had a great experience both times with minimal discomfort. Kat was his assistant and she’s been very professional and efficient. The entire office seems to run smoothly and people appear to enjoy their work. I highly recommend Dr. A and this location.

Been seeing Dr. Brian Cook for about 4 and a half years now. He is amazing! He listens and explains things so you understand. Him and his team are always willing to help when insurance companies are being difficult. I highly recommend them if your looking for a great dermatologist!

My family and I have been going to Tram for our Hydrofacials, lasers etc for over a year and wouldn’t think of trusting anyone else with our skin! Tram is just the best at what she does. She really knows her stuff and how to get the best results! The spa staff is very welcoming and treats us like old friends at every visit. I love that Tram knows what to advise for each of us whether that is through products or treatments. Love ya Tram!

Good, professional service. I was examined on time, as scheduled. The only thing that might be improved is the 5 minutes it took to update my administrative information on a tablet in the waiting room. I hate typing with my thumbs. Maybe doing this ahead of time in the privacy of my home would be a better way. And I couldn't update my phone number without the assistance of the receptionist. Not efficient, but ok.
