I got lip fillers for the first time with D’vine beauty clinic, and I am in love with my results. Everyone was so nice and welcoming, made me feel really comfortable

So I decided to try a new place for a treatment, and the gentleman in the front is such a sweetheart no offense to him he was super kind but I literally waited about 2 hours to get seen and when I get seen they tell me it’s going to be another 45 minutes for a treatment they recommend when I came for for a filler.So point was I wasted my time and money on something they don’t even offer.I wasn’t the only one waiting.There was more people in the lobby after me and I sure they waited even longer. I don’t know what the heck is going on to have a patient waiting this long but I won’t be returning here. This was beyond terrible. When I called and asked if they did filler under the eye they said yes and now they said don’t do it was a 40 dollar consultation fee to tell you what they want and it was a miss understanding

Made my appointment online and received confirmation. Drove 2 hours just to be told no one was available as the staff was out of town. Receptionist tried saying only my email was listed on details. Not true and I showed her appointment confirmation had my phone number, yet no one reached out to inform me appointment could not be kept by email or phone call. Clinic was a recommendation and the 2 hour drive I thought would be worth it. If the office can not handle online scheduling then do not offer this feature. So unfortunate!

Wonderful customer service and the staff is amazing!! You feel really welcomed the moment you walk in and it’s such a lovely establishment. This is the place to go for all your personal needs ❤️
