I have been taking care of at this clinic for several years and always have been treated with respect. If I have any questions, their always there for me and explain everything to me in great detail. They have the patience to understand and always make me feel comfortable. I have seen how sweet they with all of us. I recommend this dermatologist clinic to everyone. I’ve been here twice and had good experiences both times. The PAs are very knowledgeable and have a great bedside manner. Wait times were very reasonable. I was seen and left the office within an hour of my first visit and 1 1/2 hrs of my second visit (and that’s because we were waiting for another office to fax my lab results).

I’ve been to this clinic twice with appointments given the day before. I only waited about 15-20 min each time. I was as treated very well and they took great care of me. Everyone was sweet and respectful. The PA here saved my husband's life by finding a hidden melanoma on his head. Thank god. Highly recommend.

They did a surgery in my feet first of all this doctor you don't see I ask to speak to him and everyone say that he does not talk to patient's but he does make money of them I call and they answer in Weslaco and the person hang up on me I call again and they answer in Rio grande and she put me on hold and Noone came ever I wait for 20 minutes and no body came to the phone call a 3th time the lady in mc allen answer very bad to speak to me I ask to speak to Mr. Rick lin only so she tell me that he don't speak to no body what a sorry business I hope I can find other dermatologist

I love this clinic very caring doctors who are really interested in the patients needs and concerns.Makes you feel like your not fanatical but are normal about your concerns. Even willing to come and help you in their time off.If you need it!!!♡
