Greeted promptly with friendly professional reception. Escorted to the Chill Room while i wait ( friendly tip ! Arrive early and get a free chair massage while you wait!). Alyssa did a Hydrofacial which was great. No pain to extractions. Skin feels hydrated. Previously had Crystal Clear Laser, highly recommend!! Skin brighter, smoother, and definitely improved texture and appearance. Crystal was very informative and provided step by step explanation of procedure. If you’ve been considering a med spa and leveling up your skin care- think no more, One Med Spa is the premier location for facials, laser, injections and all things skin care to keep you looking your best.

I have been going to the One Med Spa for some time now. My primary service is the Ultra Clear Laser. Today I had Carolina and even though I have always been pleased with my sessions, she went above and beyond. She was very detailed oriented which I appreciated. She made sure I was comfortable the entire session. Just little details that make an experience at a med spa more appreciative. I definitely will be rebooking with her from now on.

I had the best experience at this med spa. I went in for the vip signature facial. Before I was seen I had a massage. For my facial i went into the most calming room. The tech was amazing! I will also say their customer service was also exceptional. I will be going back again to try other services.

The One Med Spa is a gem that I am thrilled to have discovered. The building and amenities are so luxurious (the massage chairs and beautiful courtyard are particular favorites of mine), and the staff are lovely and welcoming. I had the Genius RF microneedling treatment with Esther (she's amazing) a couple of months ago and was so impressed with the results that I returned to McAllen (I live in Austin) specifically for more treatments at The One. I also picked up a few products from the Crystal Skin line - they are AMAZING and I can't wait to try more. Book your appointment, you will be so glad you did.

I highly recommend some Med Spa to everyone. The level of professionalism is impeccable. Ive had such an amazing experience with Laura throughout the years. She makes me feel special and ensures I achieve my desired results. My results are always incredible and leave me speechless.
