Life changing........I don't leave reviews very often. However, my experience with Dr. Setty and his team has been so phenomenal I am thrilled to share my results. In 2023 (before pic) I decided I had to change my life and started working with a personal trainer. After losing 65 lbs, I had excess skin I wasn't happy with in addition to stretched abdominals from 2 pregnancies. I decided to get a breast lift and tummy tuck and Dr. Setty and his staff were so supportive. Dr. Setty is so easy to talk to and I felt at ease throughout the process. He is also a perfectionist and delivered EXACTLY what we discussed. Seriously - I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! The rest of his staff is also wonderful.....Erin in particular was AMAZING and SO supportive throughout the pre-surgical and post-surgical process. I highly recommend Dr. Setty for any procedure you are considering. I loved that he is right here in McKinney where I live so the travel was easy and convenient. It's true what people say - you will wish you had done this much sooner! It really has boosted my confidence and changed the negative self-talk about the parts of my body I wanted to change. You really can change them!

Dr. Setty and his team have been amazing every step of the way. He made me feel comfortable from our first meeting as my situation was a bit different. Dr. Setty is compassionate, truly cares and does Amazing work! His nursing staff, Cindy and Erin are also wonderful! Cindy was my nurse the day surgery and made me feel so calm and excited for my procedure. She really brightens the room and makes everyone feel relaxed and confident. I recently had Micro-Needling done on my neck to help with collagen production, skin tightening, and overall texture improvement. My goal was to address a surgical scar that, despite careful placement along the natural line of my neck, remained noticeable and red even after a year. I’ve been a long-time patient of Dr. Setty and I’ve always been pleased with their services—this experience was no exception! Autumn is an experienced, certified professional and is fantastic! She always takes the time to listen with care to what I hoped to achieve. She confidently recommended the treatment with her 10 years of expertise working with Dr. Setty. I trust her completely. The procedure was tolerable, thanks to a topical numbing cream applied beforehand. Autumn used a pen-like device with tiny needles in a small circular housing that glided across my skin, creating a criss-cross pattern, and a buzzing sound similar to an electric razor. Afterward, she carefully cleansed my skin to prevent the spread of bacteria and applied hydrating lotions to promote healing. Immediately after, my neck looked sunburned and felt warm, but I knew this was part of the process. Peeling gradually ended and the redness faded to a lighter pink. Sun protection is an absolute must! I wore a handkerchief to completely shield me from the sun and did not spend time outside. Given that I have very sensitive, light-toned skin, I was a little nervous about the recovery, but everything has gone exactly as Autumn described. The scar along my neck is barely noticeable, all the redness is 100% gone, and baby soft skin texture.
