Super friendly staff. I was nervous but they all made me feel at ease. Explanation of everything going on. Really appreciate their compassion and excellent work getting my issue resolved. Dr. Mandy and staff are terrific.

Efficient yet caring approach to what could be a very threatening experience for many patients. Everybody there is closely watching the progress being followed with every patient so that there's no wasted time or talent while taking care of our needs. I've been to both locations near us in McKinney/Frisco and there's no difference in approach. I feel confident that if I mention something it will be followed up with an immediate action or a plan for future care. In other words, a well-oiled machine, ad the cliche goes.

The PA and staff were so personable and made me feel comfortable. Can’t say the same for the Doctors. All I heard her say was “I dare to disagree” to her PA. And to me she said “I only do 2 per visit” All as I heard the staff say “I’m sure it’s melanoma” Nothing wrong with that, but come on doctor, did the Botox take away your bedside manner? Asking for a friend. I will be looking for another doctor based on my experience and the reviews from patients.

Do not use this office! My first visit was super chaotic and my second visit to get a skin biopsy done was very odd. The doctor tried scaring me about what kind of skin condition he thought I may have but it ended up being nothing serious at all and I planned to come back to get the other spots burned off but felt it was best I didn’t go back there. Had a bad feeling about the place especially after the second visit. This all happened in March of 2023. It is now November of 2024 and I received an $800 charge on my card from them. I have insurance so I very rarely pay that much for anything unless it’s a procedure or surgery. I contacted them and I was disregarded every time I called and asked for an explanation, kept saying their manager would call but I never received a call! Contacted my insurance and they had no documentation of them even submitting anything to them to cover. Luckily the banking company I use is very serious about unusual charges and they take fraud protection very seriously so I was able to get it taken care of but I know many people have made reviews stating they’ve been scammed by this office. Stay away.

The worse doctor and patient care I’ve ever experienced. No sufficient knowledge.Very unprofessional and rude doctor. Ripping people off after their per visits. I suddenly and surprisingly noticed three unauthorized charges from them a couple days ago! Of course they already have my card # in the file since last time two years ago on my very last visit. Looks like they just decided to scam my account and withdraw some money on their own. I’ve filed this fraud with my banker as well as the authorities for which is under process. I’ll make sure they’ll pay the price for what they did so they won’t do that to any other patient.
