I had a great experience at Bare Dermatology! They treated my scalp eczema effectively, and I noticed a big improvement after just a few visits. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Love the front desk and initial nurses!! Very welcoming.... my issue is with the doc.... she prescribed a cream that on the box and said in person 4-6 weeks to see results... cost almost $200 and after 4 weeks I'm not seeing any results... I called to get a possible refund or to just be seen again for maybea different diagnosis (wasn't angry nor did I call with an attitude).... NO!!.... now all of a sudden the medication takes 12 weeks to see results 😒... if that was said initially I wouldn't have wasted my time or money with it.... disappointed to say the least but lesson learned

I have never been to a dermatologist and was extremely nervous. Everyone in the Melissa office made me feel completely at ease and Dr. Kucera was very thorough and made the experience wonderful! My fears completely calmed and left so happy with everything! Thank you ladies!

Our 7-year-old started having these large bumps all over his arms a couple of months ago. He's has eczema for years but these looked nothing like we'd ever seen. We were told by his PCM and an urgent care doctor that it was eczema and got prescribed the same cream they always give us. The bumps started spreading to his torso and legs and got bigger. We are SO grateful we found Bare Dermatology in Melissa!! Not only is Dr. Kristine and her staff is absolutely AMAZING and genuinely cared about our situation and concerns, they accept TriCare, which is almost impossible to find!! Our concerns were validated and IT WAS NOT ECZEMA. Dr. Kristine was able to do a treatment on the first visit that literally made them go away in a week!!! We took him back today for DUPIXENT® to control his eczema and it was the same experience. Everyone is so kind, gentle, professional and knowledgeable, my family and I will be a forever patient!! Thank you Dr. Kristine!!!!
