Dr. Moore and her team in Sugar Land are simply outstanding! From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by her excellent staff, who went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and valued. Dr. Moore herself is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and compassionate. She took the time to address all my concerns, explain my treatment options clearly, and ensure I felt confident in the care I was receiving. It’s rare to find a doctor who is not only an expert in their field but also genuinely cares about their patients’ well-being. I highly recommend Dr. Moore and her amazing team to anyone seeking top-notch dermatological care!

Dr Moore did a full body mole check and removed 2 moles to send for biopsy. I felt very at ease and safe under her care. Her energy was vibrant, made me feel comfortable, and was a great conversationalist. It took me forever to see a dermatologist for a mole check because I was nervous but there was truly no need to feel nervous. Dr Moore is an amazing physician and is great with patients!

Office is very well put together and clean. The office staff are all very friendly and pleasant! They greeted me right away when I arrived and said goodbye when I left. I'm a new patient so, I've only been once to see Dr. Mary Moore but she's fantastic. Very friendly and easy to talk to. Hopefully I'll be back on the road to recovery soon.

I took my son in, who had a horrible rash, I was concerned that he had a viral or staph infection; the doctor told me that was not possible because he didn't have a fever, despite my concerns, she didn't do any testing, and he was covered head to toe. She prescribed a steroid and told us if it gets worse to go to the ER. Luckily, I listened to my gut and got a second opinion elsewhere. They swabbed his skin, and it turned out he did have a very aggressive staph infection, if we hadn't addressed it immediately with antibiotics, it could have progressed into his bloodstream. I'm so glad I didn't listen to this doctor and have him take steroids, or my son would probably be in the hospital at this point. He is now healing with antibiotics. My family will no longer go to this dermatologist for anything or recommend anyone take a child here. If she wasn't sure, she should have tested or recommended we go elsewhere. Also, I noticed the exam room I was in had not been cleaned in some time, there was dust, lint, and probably dead skin all under the exam chair.

This used to be called Acclaim Dermatology, Dr . Ali was the doctor there. it was bought by Sienna with a new team of doctors. I was seen by Dr. Ali for more than a year for my skin condition before he relocated out of state. I was made that the new practice would not accept my insurance anymore back in December.. I told them I have another insurance ( Blue Cross Blue Shield) . Dr. Ali as well as the lady in the office who called me after my appointment that they accept Blue Cross . She made me a follow up appointment for February. Today, I get a call saying they are dropping me because I still have my 1st insurance. I asked why they can’t bill Blue Cross ? They said they just can’t since I still show active in the other insurance. I just doesn’t make sense ? Why can’t they bill Blue Cross ?? I asked if this was some insurance rule & or this practice’s policy ? I was told it was the practice’s policy . I am so baffled about why I was dropped by this lame excuse that doesn’t make any sense ? And for what I see there are other patients of Dr Ali that have done this too !
