I had a very disappointing experience with this spa due to their unclear and deceptive pricing. When I asked for clarification, the owner couldn’t provide a straightforward explanation, which was frustrating and unprofessional. I ultimately chose not to have a treatment there because the pricing felt misleading. After this experience, I did some research and found another spa offering the same Dysport treatment for a third of their price. I regret not looking into other options sooner. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you value transparency and fair pricing.
