Made an appointment online, next day a lady calls and I schedule the appointment for the following day. I’ve seen this dr before a couple years back. I’m a car salesman so time is money, I took the morning off to go to my 10:30 am appointment. Get there early, check in, insurance is the same as last time, I’m in there about 10 minutes and an older lady comes in the waiting room, practically shouting my business to the other folks in the waiting room explaining in a condescending tone that i absolutely need a referral, and they they don’t take my HMO anymore, but yet couldn’t tell me that while on the phone making the appointment. Thanks for the unprofessionalism and embarrassment and loss of potential income!! Do not recommend!!!!

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would for this Dermatologist. This morning, I called because my daughter has a spot on her knee that I desperately wanted to reevaluate. When I inquired if Dr. Greco saw pediatric patients, the receptionist, who was just doing her job, informed me that he could see all age groups depending on the severity. I described my 2.5-year-old's spot, which almost looks like a wart but is continuously growing. Despite her seeing her pediatrician every six months since birth and discussing this spot multiple times, we now face a worrying situation. It started as Keratosis Pilaris, healed, and has since evolved into something that resembles a wart. Normally, I wouldn’t fret over a wart, but my daughter’s new habit of picking at it has raised my concern about the size and constant irritation. I reached out to this Dermatologist in hopes of getting his expertise to evaluate the area and provide his professional opinion. If it truly was a wart, we could explore removal options, or I could pursue seeing a specialist for further action. For those in the Mount Pleasant area, you know how limited pediatric care resources are, and often it requires lengthy travel to find help. I simply sought a professional's insight for my daughter, and Dr. Greco flatly DENIED me. He rejected the idea of evaluating her and insisted our pediatrician could handle it (who is still in Plano, TX, where we moved from). I tried to explain that while I understood he might not want to provide treatment, even a simple evaluation would help me gather the necessary information to properly discuss this with a specialist. Yet, he absolutely refused to engage in a conversation with me on the phone and directed the receptionist to decline seeing my daughter. I have private healthcare insurance and extensive experience in healthcare, spanning over 15 years in the operating room, organ donation, and Healthcare IT. As both a Healthcare professional AND a MOTHER, I can say this is the most disheartening patient care I have ever encountered. Refusing to evaluate a spot that could potentially be harmless reflects an astonishing lack of care and compassion in the practice. If you are a parent, PLEASE, I urge you, do NOT reach out to this practice for any minor concerns—chances are, you'll be met with indifference and turned away when you need support the most.

Very nice office staff and Dr. Greco was very thorough in his explanation of all the products and side effects. My son and I have had the best experiences with all of our visits to this office and Dr Greco. I highly recommend.

Dr was very curtius, ask me questions and explained alot to me, and the staff was wonderful

Both my wife and I have been going to Dr. Greco since he opened his practice, and have found him to be considerate of our concerns and more than capable in meeting our needs. I would recommend him without hesitation. I read through some of the other earlier reviews; if there is a problem with harried office personnel, let him know! Don't lower a doctor's rating for issues in his front office that don't bear on the main reason you see the physician!
