From the moment I walked in, to the treatment and check out was incredible! Dr. Shah is so knowledgeable and will listen to your needs, the entire staff too! I’ve been to other places in NB and this is hands down the best experience and results I’ve ever had. 100% recommend.

First time customer today. I am sad to say this is one of the worst facial's I have ever had. I found Summer, I believe that was her name, not very enthusiastic about her job in the sense that the effort she put into my facial to be very lacking. I would almost term it as "lazy". But she was definitely in the sales mode. Continually trying to sell their different procedures and what great deals they were. She probably spent 35 or 40 minutes actually on my face, more under a "light". I have to say for what I paid, which was in my humble opinion a lot, it was not even worth half that. I won't be going back and do not recommend them either. Also to clarify what their response was about the stimulator peel, it was not , the stimulator wasn't "charged" so they did not use it on me. I have received result driven facials before and unfortunately this was not up to par.

I can not recommend Gruene House Med Spa enough. A family friend had told me about a treatment he went in for and I was skeptical at first because it involved ketamine and my “research” was pulling up limited info. But after years of anxiety coupled with PTSD and working a high stress job the last 2 years, and honestly just feeling defeated and on edge 24/7, I knew I needed to give it a shot, literally. On day 1 I met with both Dr Shah and his nurse, Carly, and their kindness and empathy and thorough explanation of what I was about to experience put me at ease instantly. I was told not to expect instant results but I can tell you that was not the case for me and it will only continue to get better. I did 6 sessions in 2 weeks and can honestly say, I feel 200% different. I felt do good so fast that I wondered if it was just a placebo effect but now that I have completed treatment and can see the subtle changes as a whole, I know it is not the case. If you are dealing with depression, addiction, anxiety, attention issues, or just want to hit reset on how you think/feel, I say RUN to Dr Shah and Carly. My husband is very skeptical of anything that says it can change you but before I even completed my sessions, he signed up to do the protocol as well. He is 2 sessions in and is describing much of the same feelings and the results are already noticeable to me. Thank you Dr Shah and Carly!

Dr. Shah is incredible. Both he and his staff. He has a kind and gentle manner with his clients. Being a doctor he is very knowledgeable in skin care and other needs you may have. I trust him when he makes recommendations for me. He and his staff make you feel very comfortable and well taken care of. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you Doctor Shah for being there for me and making my skin look so good.
