Doctors and nurses are excellent. Patient follow-up and the ability to get in touch with a live body in the office is terrible. They force you to hang up and receive a text from them which they indicate they will response to. I have left numerous texts asking for follow up with no reply. Thinking about changing to a more user friendly organization.
