The office itself is clean, modern, and welcoming, making the entire experience even more pleasant. The medical team here is outstanding. Christine is very knowledgeable and takes the time to truly listen to concerns and explain treatment options. She makes you feel comfortable, never rushed, and genuinely cares about your well-being. The nurses and assistants are equally wonderful—friendly, professional, and attentive to every need. Everyone was friendly and professional. The staff is terrific. Dr Strickland did an excellent job and I recommend her highly. She explained her procedure and answered all my questions and concerns.

In for checkup, staff was very thorough. Froze four places on my face that were a concern. Was told how to watch for and take care of treated areas. The staff answered my questions. I am very pleased with the professional treatment I have received since I have been a patient.
