Office personnel were very friendly and knowledgeable. Exam rooms were spacious, clean, bright. Nurse was friendly and upbeat. Dr. Spencer was beyond wonderful. He was thorough, explained anything he saw of some concern. Very relaxing visi.t

My husband saw Dr. Spencer for possible skin cancer issues. We were very pleased with the doctor. He was quite personable, making you feel like an important person, not just a patient number on a chart. Where so many doctors make you feel like cattle being rushed through a chute, he took time to thoroughly explain what he was doing. He definitely instilled confidence in his knowledge and abilities. He struck us as a kind person. Each member of the staff there was equally kind and courteous. Also, as my husband is on a walker, the parking all being close to the entrance was a plus for us.

My first time to see Dr Spencer. Very friendly. Explained to me so that I understood everything that he was saying. Very thorough. Staff was very friendly and caring. My appointment was at 8:00am. I was put in a room at 8:05am. Very recommend him and his staff.

Kenneth Spencer was very professional and very good. I felt like he listened to all my concerns, and took everything very seriously. He made sure I felt heard and that I got to say everything I needed to say. I appreciate the level of care given by both him snd the rest of the staff. All kind, and thoughtful people!

Dr Spencer, his nurse and office staff were very nice and helpful! The only thing I would request is to allow patients to call the office direct in Gainesville when they are in on Monday and Friday. The lady who answered number I called was very professional and helpful. Just a thought.
