Appointment time was 330pm ,arrived 320pm, meet us and went to the room, waited for the NP for 30m, wow! That very long , when I told them that I have to pick up my other kid ,that's the time they assure us that we will me the next to be seen.NP manage to see us at about 4:15pm!! Time is important, we have done the paper works days before appointment ,they should be mindful of their time , and patient needs,this is my first time to go here ,I was disappointed
