These people are THE WORST! They’ve denied me getting the proper medication, they contradict themselves constantly, they’ve put me and my family through a wild goose chase just to get the proper medication, they’ve fully admitted unironically that the insurance companies have screwed with their patients in getting proper coverage and have done absolutely nothing about it, they’ve made it impossible to get any proper medication without their ridiculous policies and/or their atrocious political red tape getting in the way, and they’ve caused us nothing but problems for months with no solution to my medical problems! It’s downright embarrassing! If this is how you handle medical issues for most patients, then quite frankly, I’m insulted and down right disgusted with how I’ve been treated by these clowns! It is an absolute disgrace to even call themselves doctors! And it’s bs like this that makes me sympathize more and more with John Kramer’s speech from SAW VI!

After waiting an hour 1/2 to see Dr Crawford for a skin scan I had to leave. Wasted a total of 3 hours which includes drive time. I wasn’t the only one waiting that long. I can appreciate a doc that is busy but this was beyond a normal wait time and this wasn’t the first time but it will be the last. The office only gives you a 15 min to show up after your scheduled time and then charge for a no show! Maybe if I could do the same, he would appreciate that patient’s time is also important. Just a thought!!

The best and nicest dermatologist in DFW! Dr. Crawford genuinely cares about his patients and I always learn something new from him!

I visited Dr. Crawford office looking for a skin care routine to have a healthier skin. He sent me a face wash and a cream which, after just two times of use, they did nothing but to burned my face. Now my face is peeling off not matter how many times I apply moisturizer, and I have red spots that hurt with contact. I will need to find another dermatologist to fix the damage he caused.

Dr. Crawford is a great doctor. He takes great care of my health, but also he is lovely to speak with at every appointment. I highly recommend becoming his patient!
