Highly recommend! Amazing staff and doctor. I was so impressed with the office. Maybe 5 minute wait time which is basically unheard of at a doctors office! You will be so happy with your visit here!

The doctor and staff are so pleasant and supportive. Some offices are quiet and sort of depressing, but Dr. Achtman (both of them, actually) and the staff here have a positive, upbeat vibe. And I never feel rushed when talking with the doctor. He’s patient, he listens, and he’s had effective resolutions when I’ve been to see him.

The practice is facing Plano Pkwy, so it was easy to find. I didn’t have to wait long, and the doctor saw me quickly. I liked everyone, and they were nice with smiling faces. It was a good experience.

I requested an appointment and they scheduled me for the following day. Then I arrived at the appointment and was entered in very quickly. The wait in the examining room was short. The doctor and nurse arrived quickly. I explained my problem and they quickly administered to it. I was done in like 20 minutes and very satisfied!

Love this place! I have been coming here for almost a year, I usually see Dr. Jordan Achtman who is phenomenal. I was very impressed with Carissa, as she noticed something was off with the timing of my appointments for accutane. She went above and beyond to make sure I came into the office at the right time to get my medicine for the month. Really does to show how much the staff genuinely cares for their patients. Thank you Carissa and Dr. Achtman!
