Super friendly staff and technicians, attentive and helpful. The ambiance inside is also very peaceful and clean. They offer a variety of services and will definitely come back again!

Delaney was very very friendly and thorough. She explained everything really well and was very patient with all of my questions. She doesn’t try to upsell me on any package, very professional. The place is nice, clean and modern. I went to another laser hair removal place before and I would say Delaney did a much better job at making sure Im getting the most out of my treatment. The price is also amazing and so affordable! I was going to try with only one area but I already bought 2 more areas and probably getting extra soon .

This spa is not very organized and if you have goals or beauty plans this is not the place to trust. I wanted to get prepared for a birthday shoot and trusted them to help while looking for a home spa. I paid for services and wasted time and money. I found that I could have been further along with another choice of spa. No returned calls, rude virtual doctor, overcharged, no check-in on you. I regret ever spending my time and money. Set appointments not kept and overcharged. This is not the spa for busy professionals. Find another spa, please. Worst spa experience ever…created stress instead of relieving stress. Run! Away…

I had the best experience! Saba and Casey did a great job! Their professionalism was exceptional, I had very relaxing experience and they answered all my questions. I will go back for other treatments.

I must say, after an initial welcoming experience, I am extremely disappointed with the botox services at Elite Med SPA. I initially requested around 25-35 units of botox for my forehead line to reduce sweating, but felt extremely pressured by the lovely medical tech Saba into receiving more units. But I was never told the total amount of units I was getting because it was pitched to me that the units were at a sale price discount. To my dismay, I was charged for a total of 71 units after the fact...which I could do nothing about! However, beyond this utter lack of transparency, my botox results ended up being uneven so I went back the following week to have it corrected, and was charged a further amount for THEIR aesthetic mistake. There are many other places in town that NEVER charge on follow-up appointments, especially if they're doing minor corrective work or adjustments! What's worse is that after only a month and a half or so, the effects of the botox have completely worn off! It seems unbelievable to me that the botox was of any quality, or else how could such a staggering amount of units have such little potency?! I urge anyone considering to utilize the services at Elite Med SPA to think twice before committing their dollars! Overall, I am totally disappointed, because despite the fact that everyone at this Desi-run business was so kind, there needs to be an ethical line drawn in order to give customers what they actually request, and not lure them into empty promises and superfluous units at the expense of hard-earned dollars.
