The staff here is wonderful and caring.Dr. Gou is excellent, so friendly and explains what is going on and why she is doing what she is. Her referrals were excellent. I think anyone using there services will be pleased. I give them an A+.

I made a payment and they told me I did not and continued to try to make me pay a second time. They consistently tell me I owe different balances. The office staff is rude and will not answers questions when asked. I try to find out the reason they have upped the amount I owe, they ignore me, and give me no explanation. I recommend getting your due balances and amount paid in writing or they will charge you more every time.
